KPFF provided civil engineering design of hospital campus improvements including site grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and construction support for the McMurray Medical Building; a four level parking garage; three parking lots totaling over five acres; and public right-of-way improvements to North 115th Street. KPFF’s design for the storm drainage system included a campus-wide stormwater study, and design of conveyance and flow control facilities that would serve phased implementation of a 20 year major institutional master plan.

KPFF also investigated and assessed the water system for the 32-acre campus and developed recommendations and design for improvements that would enhance system operations. Researched and mapped the existing water system, developed a model to identify the most beneficial improvements, and developed designs for a series of improvements that increase available capacity and system redundancy, and improve reliability.
