KPFF supports continued professional growth and development of our employees through in-house and outside training. In-house training is a continuous process including both formal and informal activities. Seminars and training sessions are organized to address specific technical, management, or administrative subjects.  All staff members are encouraged to continue their own education in the interest of advancing their professional careers. KPFF also supports employees who wish to pursue academic degree programs and training programs that are directly related to assigned duties within the firm. In addition, KPFF encourages active participation in recognized technical and professional societies. KPFF participates in regional and national meetings dealing with subjects that will benefit professional development and reputation.
